Terms of Service

Badass Console is a web app that analyzes data from your Google Search Console properties: segments, rank tracking, cannibalization, growth and content decay, and client reports. The service is operated by RAWWWR Marek Foltański, ul. Inżynierska 49/21, 53-228 Wrocław, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 9730861104, REGON 382333688. Contact: contact@badassconsole.com.

The service is currently free and in beta. Features may change, be added or be removed. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.

• You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for the security of that account.
• You may connect only Search Console properties you are authorized to access, and you are responsible for having the right to analyze and share their data.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using the service;
• try to access other users' data or bypass security or usage limits;
• overload the service or the Google APIs it relies on, including through automated requests;
• resell or redistribute the service itself without our written permission.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Your Search Console data belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Client reports you create are available to anyone with the link; you are responsible for who you share it with.

The service depends on Google Sign-In and the Search Console API. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Google. Data is shown as returned by Google; if Google changes, limits or stops its APIs, some features may stop working. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's own terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the analysis fits any particular purpose. Decisions you make based on the data are your own.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost traffic or lost data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intentional misconduct or for the rights of consumers under mandatory law.

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account in Settings; this deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may discontinue the service with at least 30 days' notice by email, except where immediate action is needed for security or legal reasons.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory laws of their country of residence. We may update these terms; we will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you before they take effect.
